Administration Process
Admission is permitted by requisition issued by the physician. To complete the process, please take the admission note to the registration desk on the ground floor.
              

Items to bring
1. One of the following identification documents : National identification card, National Health Insurance or your passport.
2. Catastrophic illness card (paper copy) or other medical privilege identification documents (such as Taipei City medical subsidy ID card for children, tuberculosis handbook, and labor insurance occupational injury certificate).
3. Commercial insurance card or guarantee letter.
Individuals with incomplete documents will be admitted under self-pay status. Documents must be presented within 3 days to change the patient's admission status.
4. The wards provide hot water bottles, gowns, bedding, and new toiletries (for purchase). Please do not remove any items, except for toiletries, from the wards.
5. Please take care of your own belongings. The hospital will not be responsible for the loss of valuables.



Notes
1. Smoking and cooking in the ward are strictly prohibited. If you noticed individuals smoking in the hospital, please inform nursing staff immediately.
2. To ensure a quiet environment in the ward and avoid disrupting other inpatients, please keep noise to a minimum.



Discharge Process
Physicians will issue a discharge notification to the patient/family. Afterwards, one of the nursing staff would inform you to collect your Insurance card and make payment at the discharge counter on the ground floor. You can also collect your medication in the pharmacy on the ground floor with a stamped discharge note.
On the day of discharge, please cooperate with the hospital's policies and leave the hospital before 12 o'clock noon to facilitate the admission of other patients and avoid extra charges.
